Harvested

Change is not only inevitable, but plays a crucial part in life. Nature is our best teacher.

Do you remember the flowering barley I shared with you in May? It was all freshly green and shiny back then.

By June, the barley changed in colour and ripeness and now in July it has been harvested.

Changing to yellow and brown in June.

Having some company of other plant species :0).

By the time I came back from my holidays at the beginning of July, the barley has already been harvested and what remained were the barley stems better known as straw. The farmers were busy producing bales of straw the day I checked the field this week.

How are you in these times of change?
