These are turbulent and tense times we are in, but some sort of beauty always awaits us, if we dare to look and be still for a moment. Let us not forget that and enjoy the little moments, which today come in the form of what I thought of as cosy corners. My hopes are that these lines find you well.

The kids who have the treehouse in the picture above in their garden must be very happy ones. Their father is a carpenter as the sign on their house revealed. The cow, by the way, is artificial.
Today’s post shall be a kind invitation to give yourself a break from what is going on and instead marvel at the cosy corners I found throughout the seasons. Maybe they make you look at things in your neighborhood a bit more closely or you choose a whole new route to see what there is to discover next time you go for a stroll, ride your bike, or drive somewhere.

Sitting at the water’s edge is especially cosy and calming. Do you agree? Having said that, what about those corners…

Keep cool in one sense, warm in another, and above all, stay healthy.

With these photographs, I send you loads of calmness and cosiness. As always, look well after yourself and for these special places.
Take good care,
Daniela
P.S.: Have you read my last story about the sweet old lady in Brasil? Heartwarming, indeed. What’s more, it now features pictures of Decla and her family, including two with four generations in them. This is thanks to her wonderful granddaughters who made the photographs available to me and my blog. So go and see this amazing woman who turned 101 in this crazy year of 2020!
