Here we are, almost at the end of a historical year. I hope you, your friends, and your family are healthy and in good spirits today.

The pandemic has certainly taken a toll on all of us in some way. And the pandemic was not all 2020 had in store for us. Big shifts have obviously started to happen and while 2021 will be a whole new chapter, the new year will still be one that requires stamina, trustfulness, and lots of extra love and kindness.

I have come to learn that everything good and kind starts within each of us. By listening to our hearts and caring lovingly for ourselves, we grow a peaceful place within us, a place, a garden, a light, we can always go to when we need calmness, balance, or maybe an extra portion of sparkling energy. Moreover, the precious qualities of this inner magical place will ultimately radiate to the outside world.

As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

Imagine an indefinite sea of such lights brightening up the challenging times we are in right now like stars in the sky and twinkling snowflakes on a snowy day. We are in everything together and shall never underestimate what a difference you and I can make.
