Freiheit means freedom in German and even though I made this artwork three years ago, it returned to my mind now and wanted to be born into the wider world.
Just when you thought, it is not possible… Read more

Two years ago, we would never have thought, let alone dared to imagine, that something like what we see and experience in the world right now would ever be possible.
The coronavirus made the human madness stop in the blink of an eye. While I truly hope you are all safe and sound, coping reasonably well with this new and remarkable situation, I trust that the coronavirus is here for a very good reason. It not only stops us from craziness for example but also makes very clear that we are all equal and interconnected. Read more
Hello everyone out there
How are you in these demanding times of the coronavirus?
A lot of my time is spent online right now, be it on news apps or social media or WhatsApp. These historic times are still so intangible.
What I see in the online world now, however, reminds me so much of a touching experience I made loooong before the coronavirus. Today is a good day to share it with you. Read more
Meteorologists call March 1 the beginning of spring in the Northern Hemisphere and it seems my inner rhythm is wonderfully synchronized with that. I can’t wait now for the juicy green and the flower power. How about you? Read more
Cheers :0)! Well, the wine in today’s header has a special meaning.
In February last year, I started a series on the mind-boggling growth of grapevines over the seasons and what you see in the header is the result of a year’s hard work, patience, knowledge, dedication, passion, and the magic nature presents us with throughout. Read more
My dearest readers
For some of us the festive season is in full swing and so are the holidays that come with it. I hope you are enjoying that time of year and indulging yourself in everything that nourishes your soul.
Mine is jumping and dancing of joy, wonder, and deep gratitude as I spend time in the stillness and magic of Finnish Lapland. It is so breathtakingly beautiful that everything feels like a real fairy tale to me and words can hardly describe what I sense right now. Read more

Can you believe it is already end of August? 2019 has taken the express train…
End of month means we have our eyes on grapevines. Hooray! It is my seventh post on grapevines already. Thank you for your continued interest. I really appreciate it and am already thinking about doing a series also next year. Do you maybe have wishes on what that could be? Let me know and I might well take it into consideration.
New here? Hello! Wonderful to have you here. This is a series over the seasons of grapevines. Check it out month by month in order to experience the fascinating growth: February, March, April, May, June, July.
So, what is going on this month? Grapes are growing and slowly changing colours as is the vineyard. In the heading image you may recognise that the green has become darker, a bit heavier even, and there is brown grass and touches of brown here and there.
And the grapes? They are juicy little balloons now. Look how they come in rainbow colours, even though they are off the exact same plant. What we sometimes forget, nature mirrors us wonderfully: Everyone prospers at her or his own speed.
